And then you notice their eyes—completely black, with no whites, no irises. Just solid black. That's a Black Eyed Kid encounter. The first recorded story of Black Eyed Kids dates back to 1996 in Abilene, Texas, when reporter Brian Bethel had a terrifying encounter in a parking lot.
