Zum Gottesdienst gerufen werden die Blaibacher von einem vierstimmigen Glockenchor. Das zweitgrößte und auch älteste Instrument im Geläut ist dabei der Kirchenpatronin Elisabeth geweiht und wurde 1798 von Josef Spannagl in Straubing gegossen.
