Her program The 10 Minute Mind® is used in over 70 universities and colleges worldwide were it is available to all staff and students.  Her 8 week online course The Happiness Baseline has also changed the lives of the thousands people who have used it. Before becoming a mindfulness meditation teacher Monique toured internationally as a professional musician for almost two decades. As testament to her reputation as an internationally recognised musician, some of Monique’s career highlights have been working with Peter Gabriel’s Band, touring Europe twice with Chuck Berry, working closely on a music project with the producers of The Secret, and performing for His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Monique also collaborated with some of the biggest spiritual teachers of our time like Thich Naht Hahn, Ekhart Tolle, Pema Chödrön and created an album with them called Heartbeats using their teachings and her music. She then went on to create a similar project with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, for whole she has also performed live. In 2010 Monique was nominated for the prestigious New Zealander of the Year Award.
