Send us Fan MailThe "emotions" part of this podcast really hit me, because Ann spoke to getting in touch with them.  This is a difficult thing often for those struggling with bulimia.  Their world revolves more around food than their emotions because they are eating them and purging them and not even realizing it!I truly appreciate Ann's story going through her journey, her sharing about her YouTube channel and her book A Pathway To Insight.  She does say there are many, why her book's title stipulates "a".You can find out more about Ann at https://www.annhince.com.  There is information there too on her book.  Ann can also be found on Facebook.More about Ann:"When I was 19, I woke one morning to find my mother dead face down in our bathroom. Twenty years later the tears from that trauma were still just under the surface. It took one 15 minute session with a strange technique to remove the charge from that event and be able to tell the story with no emotion. That one session set me on a journey to not only release the trauma from past memories, but to get beyond that, into the subconscious mind to release tension stored deep in my body, simply using the power of my awareness.Much of the time, society tells us, and therefore we tell ourselves, that we shouldn’t be feeling what we are feeling. I have found that seeking out our truth, what we truly feel, and accepting those feelings, is the key to inner peace.Once we change our inside, our outside changes. As within, so without."Ann has developed the ability to sense inside her body, and release physical tension stored in her connective tissue, using solely the focus of her mind.Ann wants us all to know that we have this incredible power within us, it just takes going further with practices that you may already be doing. As many of you may know, changing what is on our inside, changes what we see on the outside, so it is Ann's belief that we can not only change our personal world, but also our collective world.Ann has a YouTube channel where she shares her journey, explains the connection between the physical and the spiritual, and will be posting videos of how to change the pressing issues of our time. Her book, A Pathway to Insight, details her journey and breaks down the steps she took to attain what she called Insight, or the ability to see within the body. You can join my support group on FB at https://www.facebook.com/groups/bullimiaddictFind me on instagram @bullimiaddict and @bleepbulimiaYou can also visit us on FB at https://www.facebook.com/groups/bleepbulimiaA Pathway To Insightby Ann Hince on how to attain In-sight, or the ability to see withinNew Release Kindle or Signed Copy! How To Have Your Cake & Not Eat It All Too - A Guide To Adult Bulimia RecoveryBE A GUEST/FIND A GUEST Start for Free!PODMATCH is innovative, provides easy communication and dashboard scheduling!
