Blessings and Warnings

Greetings everyone, and may mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you. We will be in Luke 6 today. The Pharisees had a human approach about the Sabbath regarding what was and wasn't considered rest. Jesus' followers also had a human idea on wealth and prosperity and the best way to live. But our idea on how to live involves trusting ourselves to make the best decisions so that we can have comfort. Jesus flipped the script and gave a blessing and a warning on how to go about life. Do you trust Him? “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28 19-20 Don’t forget to pray for one another, especially during these uncertain times.
