BLM and black-on-black crime destroying the black community

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass in a recent interview openly admitted that President Trump’s crackdown on crime in Washington DC mainly impacts black and brown youth. My question for her, or for anyone else in this position is “why does it mainly impact black and brown youth? Why would she say such a thing if she didn’t already know the black and brown youth for the cause of crime scene in Washington DC?” One of the things that got me about Black Lives Matter is that black on black crime is multiples more than white on black crime. But black on black crime brings misery to so many black people. Why not put a stop to it? Unless of course you really don’t care.
