Welcome back everyone! It can be very difficult to go through a hurtful experience. The actions of others can seem light in nature but have a lasting impact on those individuals experiencing the hurt. Some hurts can last days, weeks, months or even years. Some can even cause emotional trauma that make it difficult for one to heal from it. I definitely know what it feels like to be hurt by someone and how it sometimes may even feel like that hurt will always be there. But healing IS possible and in today’s blog “Healing Past Hurts”, I share the 5 things that helped me get there. I hope this blesses someone today!
