Blog - Taking No for an Answer

In the spirit of the holiday season and last week's episode on boundaries and self-care, I figured it might be good for all of us to revisit one of my older blog posts about saying (and accepting) no. I want to live in a culture that supports healthy boundaries. And healthy boundaries entail respecting people’s “no,” especially our own.
