Send us Fan MailI didn't know about gaslighting & that when people "change their narrative" (learned first time from Neptune's previous guardian bhb <---not going to say what that stands for, but you can always ask!)I think I know what I want to research now. I keep hearing the words narcissistic.I want to know what that is & the labels attached to people who are defined as one seemed too similar so PURPOSELY AVOIDED since didn't want ptsd triggers to overtake me (suicide) until (1) much better & it doesn't go through my body (2) had supports who could "be my voice" and that just means concussion kindness.I get that my words are different so let's start at the very beginning & Taste of Chicago. It's clear this relationship is a little deranged & now, I get why...Since this story can help others & I no longer have to say, "helping others helps self [with tbi/ptsd]" since it forces you to pay attention to them so BASIC DISTRACTION, but also BASIC LOVE/CHARITY. A biblical word.Anyway, listening & can connect the 3 pieces and I keep hearing stolen packages so let's focus on that since that's still an issue in this building. Why?Also, this example of not being a frat boy. I put my own shelf up & the discussion to ask for a drill. "I never get gifts." Well, here's my advice. Parents don't want to buy a GoPro (this was later), ask for something practical & hey, it removes THAT MEMORY. I've been doing prolonged exposure for bhb & they were doing it for me (photos & film) so no wonder, when you know someone about someone & use that info for harm or help.Support the show
