Body insecurities, NLD, and Sexual Abuse

Have you ever had body insecurities because of being sexually abused or having a learning challenge? Or because of both? For me, I would yes to the second question and add that it’s hard for me to lose weight because of my chronic migraine (sometimes episodic) condition.
