Odd since 1 in 50 have one, every 18 seconds one ruptures, and 67% of those, have some form of permanent disability. Ruptures occur in about 30,000 people in the U.S. each year, and 40 percent of those cases result in death within 24 hours. No one questions the other conditions .. The compassion is always forthcoming. Not always so with the aneurysm, either by loved ones OR the medical profession.
