Bonnie Garmus: Lessons in Chemistry author on the 'whirlwind' success of the book and resulting TV adaptation

Bonnie Garmus' debut novel has enjoyed seemingly-instant success one year on from publication. After a decades-long career as a copywriter, she fulfilled her lifelong dream of being an author by tirelessly working to get 'Lessons in Chemistry' out in front of readers  The book went on to sell millions of copies and inspire an Apple TV+ miniseries, starring Brie Larson.
