Send us Fan MailIn this Episode:In this week's bonus episode, guest host, Dr Ellen-Merete Hagen chats with Varun Khullar also known as DJ Aamish in this uplifting and inspiring interview as they discuss his life after spinal cord injury.  Varun talks about the aftermath, impact and challenges he has faced since he was involved in a life-changing accident in 2014. Varun has faced this adversity with an unbelievable positive mindset, channelling his energy into his love for music which in his words 'makes his soul dance' and physiotherapy to ensure he is as strong as he can be. He believes that the key to a stronger recovery is acceptance. By accepting what has happened to you, he states you can make the decision to move forward and live the best life you can. As DJ Aamish, Varun will be entertaining partygoers at the ISCoS Charity Get Together & Dancercise which will take place Friday 5th September after the conference sessions have finished. All proceeds will be donated to Humanity & Inclusion (the new name for Handicap International).
