Welcome to the Phenomenal Living Podcast! Today we welcome Meg Harkins of Anchored Nutrition! Meg's own health journey of battling alcoholism and ending up in the hospital with accute liver failure is what started her on her path to wholeness. After working with her own health coach she learend so much about health she did not know as a former registered nurse. Meg shares her aha moments and the need to get healthier in mind, body and spirit and then her path to losing 100 pounds! Meg shares her testimony of living in the GAP, stuck in abuse, alcoholism and pain, to her growth peroid of being hospitalized for weeks and having to literally start over from scratch. She shares how she got a health coach, went clean, sober and free of all harmful chemicals likie sugar. This journey led Meg to realize she could use her nursing background and become a cerfified health coach for others. Meg is now living in her glory zone serving others helping them heal from chronic conditions keeping them bound. She says "I had all of the opportunity to really dive deep into my healing process. I had all day, every day to.
