Book: Is the Government Legally Killing Us?

Scott Schara is a nationally recognized expert commentator on the dangers of incentivized healthcare. He launched a landmark lawsuit, Schara vs. Ascension Health et al, which concluded in June, 2025, after a three-week jury trial which he calls, "a win for the system." Leading up to this he warned about the dangers of incentivized healthcare and where it leads.
