I enjoy reading books. This could be anything from just pure fiction all the way to textbooks. And I since about a year ago have been trying to find books that are well suited to give to client. I felt inspired to do this episode because this book by Brené Brown "Dare to Lead" is an amazing first step to therapy or work to be done within a couple. We are all leaders in our life as well as our relationship and if we could learn to be more of a daring leader, it would help us all be in a better situation.
