BOOK REVIEW: It Didn't Start With You, Mark Wolynn - S04E42
from Wake Up Your Relationship! · host Dawn Ramezany
For today's book review, we got a book on more developmental, historical, family patterns. The book goes into ways that history, genetics and extended family history really can be at the core piece to the psychological welfare of people living now. I really enjoyed this book because I like exploring 'reparenting' as a skill to be used in couples as well as individual therapy because all of us have scars, but some of these scars don't start with us. This book talks to a lot of that concept and is well worth a read if you are interested in discovering where your scars come from. Especially if you don't feel they started with you.If you would like to learn more about me and my practice feel free to stop by my website, sunrisetherapies.org.
