Boondock Saints was a mid budget action movie that dropped in 1999 amid other absolutely smash hits like The Matrix, Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, and End of Days and follows two vigilante brothers in Boston exacting divine punishment on those they feel worthy of God's wrath. With heavy inspiration from Quinton Tarantino, this film was written AND directed by a complete rookie film maker.
