How does laughter boost your immune system?

Laughter causes you to relax regarding your health and eliminates fear regarding the stressful situations of life around your health.

Your mind goes crazy yet laughter can bring you back to a place where your body can handle it.

Laughter stimulates the mesencephalon. You are giving yourself a adjustment when you laugh. This stimulates your immune system so the lymphocytes get armed to go to battle against an invasion - infection of the bad guys.

The lymphatic vessels are around the vagus nerve and so laughter can stimulate them.
