Mike runs the HUGE online fitness brand and YouTube Channel, Anabolic Aliens; and we coincidentally work out at the same gym. He's a real gem in the city because we have no one else making a mark in the fitness influencer community (a massive internet sub culture right now) than him. He's crazy knowledgeable on nutrition and fitness and we chopped it up about a lot.
