No matter where you turn or who you ask, the topic always resurfaces, claiming its spot at the top of your list of good habits to acquire. However, one thing is talking about boundaries and another is actively setting them up. If you still struggle with this (FYI, you’re not alone!), maybe it’s time for a lil’refresher.
