Last weeks episode was on boundaries and this weeks episode is an extension of the theme. We are exploring Non-Negotiable boundaries! This type of boundary I personally believe to be very important for Chronic Stress Adapted people especially early in our healing journey. I call the protections of those deepest wounds Non Negotiable boundaries.
