Br Brian Cleary | The Last Brother

Our guest today is the illustrious and utterly unique Brother Brian Cleary. A mythical figure and wonderful role model for generations of young Australians. Best known for his work around education, masculinity and leadership, Brother Cleary has inspired a generations of young men to go out into the world and become the best human beings they can be. We worked together on his project titled ‘The Last Brother’ where and was gifted a sabbatical to make one final journey to Israel/Palestine to track down the final resting place of the remarkable Alaric Pinder Boor. On the trip Brother Cleary often reflected on his time in the Christian Brothers, their purpose and their accomplishments. The good, the bad and the ugly.
