    Moureen Atieno | Kenya Lacrosse

    Moureen Atieno is a lacrosse player for the Kenyan National Team who competed in the World Cup in 2019.We first met Moureen when she attended the open training session put together by founder and Head coach Storm Trentham ahead of the film that would go on to become Sleeping Warrior. Growing up in rural Kenya posed many challenges for Moureen, such as disease, malnutrition and poverty unimaginable to western societies.
