Brace McCoy: The Alien Contagion Playbook—AI, Depopulation & Government Control

A West Point graduate, former Army officer, Ranger School graduate and strategic planner. Brace McCoy joins Jay on Zero Signal to discuss his provocative new book, The Government’s Plan for Containing the Alien Contagion: And How We Will Justify Killing Billions of Humans. Using military-style scenario planning, Brace explores a disturbing possibility: if artificial intelligence makes a massive portion of humanity economically unnecessary, could governments exploit an alien-contact event to justify unprecedented control? Brace’s scenario includes emergency declarations, biological classifications, genomic surveillance, mandatory tracking, quarantine centers, restrictions on worship and the gradual redefinition of certain people as threats to humanity. Brace’s documents are a strategic hypothetical—not leaked or classified government material—but his scenario raises urgent questions about AI, emergency power, human dignity and the future of religious freedom.
