Brain Fog StudyInvestigators are conducting a research study to examine the effects of “brain fog” following gluten exposure in celiac disease. Brain fog is not well understood, and this study will help us learn more about its causes.You may qualify for the study if:You are age 21 or older.You have been diagnosed with celiac disease for at least 1 year.You have maintained a strict gluten-free diet for at least 1 year.You show symptoms of “brain fog” with gluten exposure. This means your thinking is not sharp or you may have problems remembering things or focusing.You will be asked to:Participate for 3 months.
