Brandon Dubinsky | From 15 years in the NHL to starting a successful real estate development company

Brandon was drafted to the NY Rangers 60th overall in the 2nd round of the NHL Draft in 2004. He played for the NY Rangers from 2006 to 2012 before being traded to the Columbus Blue Jackets where he finished his playing career in 2021. During his successful 15-year NHL career Brandon took an affinity to Real Estate investments. He began learning and investing in Real Estate deals in 2009. In the latter years of his career Brandon realized the immense opportunity that Central Ohio had in the Real Estate space. He decided that it was going to be his home after a journey that brought him all over the Globe during his first career. While working closely with some prominent developers in Central Ohio as an investor from 2018 – 2021 Brandon decided that he wanted to make Commercial Real Estate his second career and the best way to accomplish this would be to start his own development company - JBM Developments.
