Break free of expectation by making space for PLAY and JOY!

OMG y'all! It's the FIRST solo episode in what feels like AGES so we had to dive right in and talk about EXPECTATION and what we can do to continue to surrender control and enjoy ourselves more.   I recorded this live from my hotel room while visiting Iguazu Falls on the Brazilia and Argentine border.
