In this episode I share my experience with identifying and overcoming food addiction by partnering with God. It was so hard for me to make the decision to set the boundaries God was asking me to with my food, but the freedom I have experienced has been life changing! I have: Strengthened relationships because I am able to be more present instead of obsessing about food. Made awesome progress in my business because I am able to take consistent action and stay focused. Been able to work through emotions without going to food. Strengthened my relationship with God because I'm taking my problems to Him instead of eating. I am so excited to celebrate my 2 years of food sobriety with you! If I can do this, so can you!
