BREAKING NEWS: New Court Order Raises Questions If Feb.24 Trial Will Proceed as Scheduled

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation concerning a court order issued February 5, 2026 in the matter styled as Schofield v. Guillard which raises questions as to whether the currently scheduled four-day jury trial will proceed as scheduled on February 24, 2026 following the pretrial conference.
