BREAKING NEWS: WSU Moves to Transfer Case Closer to Pullman/Moscow, Goncalves v. WSU

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation concerning a motion filed by the WA attorney general's office seeking to transfer venue of the federal Goncalves et al v. WSU lawsuit from the Western to the Eastern District of Washington closer to the WSU Pullman campus and to Moscow Idaho. A hearing has been set on this motion to occur on February 26, 2026. We discuss pure opinions, comments and speculate over what the state has objected to in a "renewed manner" leading to successfully persuading the court to reverse its prior ruling of Dec. 18, 2025 by providing 3 examples of what State objected to being unsealed to the public regarding the Oct. 18, 2025 Third Court order to unseal.
