Breaking the Mold: Transforming the “Everyone Leans on Me” Character

Hola! In this episode I was joined by Juan Vazquez, a Latino who came to the U.S. at the age of 11 and is now starting to use his voice through content creation and podcasting to reach fellow Latinxs. In this episode, Juan and I talk about being the "managers" of the family and how you can take the lead in transforming what that role entails as well as how sometimes what is needed is that you put your ego and pride aside to take the lead on the changes you want to see in your family.
