Our guest shares with us her journey of Bipolar II. She is a wife and mother to two little boys. She was diagnosed with Bipolar II at age 13. We talk about her journey to where she is at today and why she decided to open up and share to break the stigma surrounding mental health. Her mission is to spread awareness about bipolar, depression, anxiety and other mental illness. "Bipolar does not define me" she says. Her husband is an incredible support and wrote a guidebook on "How to Love Someone who is Depressed."

**We also wanted to note we did our interview right during the Covid lockdowns. We are so grateful for our guests courage and bravery to speak with us.
