Breast Cancer & BRCA1+ gene : Carly Moosah

At age 37 Carly Moosah was diagnosed with breast cancer and soon discovered she carried the BRCA1+ gene. She had her breasts removed and reconstructed from her tummy tissue. With a hip-to-hip scar and a new belly button, Carly has a ‘smiley face of scars’. Now, every day she thanks her body for everything, and life has become Carly's biggest privilege and gift.
