Welcome and thank you for joining me. I'm here today with my sacred instruments to create a space where we can feel in harmony one to another. Let's start breathing together and as we start, we close our eyes and we visualize that the air that we are inhalating is coming from the air that all our brothers and sisters in other parts of the world are exhalating. Then we do the same, we give them back in order for them to exhalate. Now we visualize a ball of light within ourselves, coming from our heart chakra. The more we expand the ball of light, the more we empower our connection one to another. Remember: everytme we choose to react with fears, we are compressing that ball of light, we are blocking the energy to flow, we are creating barriers to our organic growth and stopping the natural development of our consciousness.
