2025 Finansal Raporlarından Öne Çıkan Önemli BaşlıklarBurgan Bank A.Ş. ve konsolidasyona tabi ortaklıklarının 31 Aralık 2025 tarihli mali tablolarına göre öne çıkan veriler aşağıdadır:• Toplam Aktif Büyüklüğü: Grubun toplam aktifleri, 2024 yılı sonundaki 123,6 milyar TL seviyesinden %42,8 oranında artış göstererek 176,533,516 bin TL seviyesine ulaşmıştır.• Net Dönem Kârı: Grup, 2025 yılında 2,566,078 bin TL net dönem kârı elde etmiştir (2024: 3,504,623 bin TL).• Kredi ve Mevduat Hacmi: Net kredi bakiyesi 90,033,539 bin TL'ye yükselirken, toplam mevduat hacmi 65,219,948 bin TL olarak kaydedilmiştir.• Özkaynaklar: Bankanın toplam özkaynakları bir önceki yıla göre artarak 12,950,062 bin TL seviyesine çıkmıştır.• Sermaye Yeterliliği: Grubun konsolide sermaye yeterliliği standart oranı 31 Aralık 2025 itibarıyla %16,84 olarak gerçekleşmiştir.• Net Faiz Geliri: Net faiz geliri, bir önceki yılki 5,0 milyar TL seviyesinden önemli bir artışla 8,479,021 bin TL'ye ulaşmıştır.• Operasyonel Durum: Grup, Türkiye genelinde 28 şube ve toplam 1.517 personel ile faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir.• Bilanço Sonrası Gelişme: Banka, 4 Şubat 2026 tarihinde nitelikli yatırımcılara yönelik 600 milyon TL tutarında bono ihracı gerçekleştirmiştir.
