Since early 2023, SHI has been involved in the approvals of more than 4,500 housing units and given away $8,000 in grants to students. This spring, Julian was recognized for this work as the youngest member of the 2024 class of BCBusiness magazine's 30 Under 30. Julian Wells talks about the Student Housing Initiative and how challenging it is for students to find affordable housing.
