Brian interviews Christine Serafini. Christine is a GTA real estate agent specializing in Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton. She shares the challenges she's faced in her life and how she developed the resilience to overcome them. Christine endured a very troubled childhood, including experiences in foster care, adoption, and sexual assault, ultimately leaving home before the age of sixteen. Despite these hardships, she secured a job, put herself through school, and graduated from college. Later, after a failed relationship, she found herself as a single mother of three children under the age of seven, living in income-based housing and constantly battling setbacks imposed by the government. Following another difficult relationship, she has now found herself in a better place. Her story, though filled with sadness, is both inspirational and uplifting.
