Brian speaks with Fareen Ash. Fareen is a former attorney who practiced civil litigation for ten years. She started working as a coach in 2020, just before the pandemic started. She works with women and men, primarily women, to help them uncover what keeps them from embracing their femininity in relationships and with men. Societal conditioning as well as upbringing often create barriers for women to express their authentic nature. Often women believe that displaying their femininity or showing vulnerability is a weakness, and they overcompensate with their masculine energy. This tends to push men away and, of course, sabotage relationships. She wants to debunk the idea that one cannot be both feminine and successful.
