Wilson is a Cherokee citizen and the multiple New York Times bestselling author of techno-thrillers such as ‘Robopocalypse’, ‘The Clockwork Dynasty’, and ‘The Andromeda Evolution’ (an authorized sequel to the Crichton classic). He earned a PhD in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as Masters degrees in Machine Learning and Robotics. His new novel, ‘Hole in the Sky’, is a story of Native First Contact, released October 7th, 2025. ‘Hole in the Sky’ is optioned by Netflix via Aggregate Films for a feature film. He grew up in the Seattle area listening to the stories told by his Tlingit great-grandparents. His art has become synonymous with the relationship between Tlingit culture and fine art. His glass sculptures deal with themes of Tlingit mythology and traditional designs, while also using music to shape his contemporary perspective of Native culture. Preston Singletary is the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions.
