Brighten Your Core Light

BRIGHTEN YOUR CORE LIGHT How do you brighten your light your authentic self, your core? I asked my Guides this question. They said: 1. Know that you chose to live on this planet, with its linear time of past, present and future, to experience a human life that reflects the life missions that you set up before you incarnated into a life filled with intentions, challenges and choices. 2. Be lenient with yourself. Stop all that self-judgment. There is no judgement in the nonphysical realm.  3. Be flexible in your moods and desires. Choose hope and joy each day. They are bright light energies. 4. Practice courage. Courage brings change. No longer step away from what feels safe. It takes from you your courage. It takes from you that bridge that will create authentic light energy transitions for you.  5. Practice forgiveness. This will negate your carrying the burden and judgement of yourself and others. 6. Honor your light and the Universe with gratitude.  7. Love yourself.
