Bringing Back Play and Joy w/ Adrienne Hofmann

from The Mom Founders Table · host Kelsea Koenreich

Being an adult is not synonymous with no longer playing. In fact, here is your permission to invite in more play to regain the child-like and free spirit energy that comes with it!💡 In this episode I am joined by my former client Adrienne Hofmann who is an early childhood educator and nature-play specialist. Adrienne shares the importance of finding your version of play as an adult. Oftentimes when you decide to give  yourself a break in whatever form, it is difficult to get out of the go-go-go cycle. But take an honest look at why you feel the need to be constantly working towards something and challenge yourself to take time where you instead create the judgment-free space for you to integrate play into your life. Truly allow yourself to free-flow during this moment. Ditch the idea that you need to perform. Because when you embody this perspective and mindset, you….Operate from a place that is no longer fear based. You step back into that version of yourself that isn’t afraid to remove filters. Realize that your time for play doesn’t represent your performance. It is not for anyone else, it is for YOU. Tune into your mind, body, and emotions. You allow yourself to break free from your outer shell and return back to your inner self (the one who craves these moments of ease)Think back to when you last played. There weren't time constraints. There wasn't any judgment. There weren't any rules. Giving yourself this time is the foundation of living in balance. And as business owners, I know you understand the importance of bringing in this alignment fully. 📲 I’d love if you would share this episode on Instagram.
