Good day to you. I'm so glad that you've tuned into our program bringing to light. I'm excited about the messages that we're going to be doing in the weeks ahead. It's an exciting time and I believe it's something that's on everybody's heart.
But yet at the same time I think some people are viewing the things that's going on in our lives, in the nation and even in the world as something that can be negative. And I'm not advocating to you that I like everything that's going on but I can assure you God is still on the throne and there's exciting things that yet to come. So don't be so focused on all of the negative and the things that we see happening around us. Because again God has a plan and he is bringing it to pass so whole fast to that.
Chantay has a special word for you in just a moment so listen carefully as she shares. Hello I'm Chantay Hotman. God is no greater love than the love from our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ. We know in John 3 16 says for God to love the world that he gave his only son that whoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life.
In verse 17 it says that God did not come to condemn the world but to come to love us and to give his life for us. We know in Romans in chapter 10 in verse 9 it says that if you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified and is with your mouth that you are saved. God wants you to give your life to him today.
He loves you so much and there is nothing like knowing Jesus Christ as your Lord. He will give you that peace and that joy in your heart that you need and it promises us that he will give us eternal life. And we know in Ephesians it says Ephesians chapter 2 and verse 8 for it is by grace you have been saved through faith and this is not from yourself it is the gift of God. It's nothing that we can do in ourself and who we are but this is a gift that God has given to us that we can have eternal life and it's by his grace and his love.
Please pray a prayer with me today and ask Jesus to be your Lord and to be your Savior. Father we come to you in Jesus name and Father I come and I ask you to be my Lord to be my Savior. I ask you to cleanse me and purify me from all sin. I ask you to forgive me for anything all that I have done and Lord I ask you to come into my heart to be my Lord and to be my Savior.
In Jesus holy name, amen. We will praise the Lord. We know in verse 13 of Romans 9 it says Call upon the Lord and you will be saved. So as you have called upon the Lord today I believe that you have received Jesus and you have been saved and that you will spend eternity in heaven with me.
We will praise the Lord. Please call or write to us and let us know what God has done for you today. Thank you. We will praise the Lord.
Thank you for that, Shante. We want to get in writing to the Word today. We have a lot of material we want to cover. But if I was going to entitle these messages anything I would say what is the church to do?
What is the church to do? I know sometimes I will hear things and I will see things answered and done in such a way. That is not the way I wanted it. That is not the way I had planned on it.
I don't know about you but I like to fix that. If I can't, obviously there is a lot I can't fix. I want to fix it. I want to see that when I ask God for something that it is answered and it is just the way I wanted it to be answered.
Prayer is vital and that is going to be the theme of what we are to do. What is the church to do? The big answer in all of that is to pray. Because again we have a group in our church I have shared with you before we call prayer watch.
We come together every Tuesday afternoon and we begin to pray. We begin to seek the face of the Father. Obviously we pray one for another and I invite you. If you have a prayer request please feel free to send those to us and we will pray for you.
But a lot of things that is going on again in our nation and the nations at large. We make it a matter of prayer. We pray specifically because you know when you begin to think about particular ones coming into office, it is not based on what does the media say about that person or what the media says against this person. But what is God saying to you when you begin to look at their beliefs?
It amazes me that some of the Christian people can vote on particular ones to be in an office and I am not going to call names and I am not going to call parties. I am just saying to you as a child of God began to look at what they believe. When you begin to see that and you see what the Bible says, then we have a responsibility to vote on the biblical truths of the Word of God. And I want to say this, if we do not, we are in sin.
Do you hear me today? Well, you know, this generation and that generation has always been this particular party. This is what we've already, I don't care what our generations were, but I am saying to you, we are to vote and to believe the Word of God. So there are many things that I don't understand.
I don't understand about the virus that we've looked at. I don't understand how all of that has come in, but I can say this, our God is still upon the throne. And He is a mighty God and the Word tells me that God is love. I will not let go of the promises of God.
So even when it doesn't appear that my prayers are being answered, and then the next one may appear that my prayers aren't being answered. Let me say this to you. My God answers prayer. Now, it may not be just the way I thought He would answer it.
I may not understand why I didn't see it a certain way, but let me tell you something. God is still God. I know I was just sharing today about the story we're all familiar with. And that's the story of the children of Israel.
When they left Egypt, the Egyptian bondage, for so many years they had been under that bondage. But finally Pharaoh said to Moses, I will let the children of Israel go, we know the story. 600,000 men plus their wives and their children and all of their animals. And here they leave Egypt and they start making their way.
So what happens? They find themselves coming up against the Red Sea. They cannot go off to one direction because there's a lot of rock, mountains, places, and it would be way too treacherous. There'd be no way they could go that way.
And in the other direction, we know that there was a city that was an enemy that would not have been a good place for them to have moved forward. They can't go in this direction. Why? Because there is the sea that is there all the water in every direction.
So what did they do? They began to cry out. Well, you see God had given to them a promise. The promise was you are going to enter in into the promise land.
And it's going to be a land that floweth with milk and honey. You're not going to be under that bondage anymore. You're going to be able to have your own homes and your own fields and you're going to be able to plant. And you're going to be able to reap a glorious place.
God had promised that. But you know where they were at that moment? What did it look like? I'm sure it looked hopeless to them.
Scripture even says they begin to cry out. But you know Moses had a connection with God, a connection of prayer with God. And you know when Moses, himself, I'm sure, is saying, what are we going to do? I know his trust and confidence was in the Almighty God who called upon him to lead these thousands and thousands of the children of Israel to move toward the promise land.
But yet what did the Lord say? We have the priests to step into the water with the Ark of the Covenant. That's the place where God would come down and reign. And I want you to know that as Moses extended his rod across the waters, God blowed his breath and it parted the Red Sea.
So literally there were walls on either side. It's like the waters congealed on each side and even to the point that the very bottom of the Red Sea was dry, where the children of Israel could move forward for the other side. Can you imagine what that must have felt like? From one moment, it's hopeless.
One moment, there is no way. To the next moment, here is the way. It reminds me, Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life. And no man cometh into the Father but by me.
He will give to you and me the way. What is the church to do? How are we supposed to deal with so much darkness? How are we supposed to face the troubles that we see when there's threats on every side, the attempt of the wicked want to take away our freedoms, to move into our government and to rule with evil?
What are we to do? Let me tell you something. It's time that the church awakened. It's time that the church began to rise up and to put our eyes up on the Almighty God.
With a very mindset, God, you are still God. And even though it doesn't look like my prayers are being answered, I know that you are doing something. You are hearing the prayers of the church and it may look like we're right up against the Red Sea and we can't move to the left and we can't move to the right and the enemy is trying to come in behind us. But let me tell you something.
It just may very well be that that's where the church has to get to say, God without you. We are lost and undone. I can assure you, church, we're not lost and we're not undone. Our God is still God and He is working for you and He is working for me.
I'm amazed at how many people say we prayed and prayed, Charlie. We've been believing for this revival and in the natural. In the natural, it looks like it's not working. It looks like it's getting worse.
Now, you know, people are staying home because of a virus. Now, people are having to watch through their televisions and through their computers. Charlie, what is going on? It doesn't look like it's getting better.
Well, let me tell you something. It is in the realm of the Spirit. So I want to encourage you today. Don't you give up believing God and don't you quit.
You hold fast and I don't know what's going to take place from today until the coming of the Lord. But I can assure you, God promised us that He would never leave us. He will never forsake us. He loves us and He has a plan.
And you know, I even think about with even the birth of Jesus. The Bible tells us, even in Scripture, that if the princesses of the Lord, if the princesses of darkness had even known who Jesus was about, you know, they would not have crucified Him, but they had no clue. So when He looked hopeless to the disciples, watching their Savior being crucified and then to drop His chin in death, I know it must have appeared hopeless. And even the Scripture says that there were many of them that went back to their occupation, the fishing that they had done before.
But I want you to know what they did not know and what the world did not know and what the demons did not know that God had a plan. Yes, Jesus would die after He became your sin in my sin in the sins of the world, being dead for three days and three nots. But let me tell you, the story wasn't over. I'd say the people of that day didn't even know how to pray.
You'd say, but the Lord told the disciples that He would be raised from the dead, but they didn't have ears to hear. And that's where I believe many in the church is today. They are so focused on death around them. They're so focused on the troubles in our government that that's what their eyes are on, but they're not listening to the prophetic word of our God and the prophecies that have gone forward because Jesus is coming.
You hear me today? He is coming for a church without thought, without regal and without blemish and something is going on. He is cleaning up the church. He's dealing with hearts and I believe that more and more are rising up in prayers and in intercession and they are fasting and seeking the face of the Lord.
They are decreeing the word of the Lord. We're seeing now thousands gathered in Washington, D.C. and different strategic points in this United States of America to pray. More and more are having prophetic dreams and they're coming forth with those dreams.
And we are seeing the hand of God begin to move in mighty ways. So don't you become weary and well-doing. Don't you faint? What is the church to do?
The church is to keep our eyes upon the Lord and to stay in an attitude of prayer. Know that your prayers will avail much. Don't you give up? Don't you faint in your mind?
So yes, God is in control. He is still God and I don't care how much people want to gather in agreement for evil and all the darkness that we see going around us. God again has a plan. Nothing takes him by surprise.
He's the God of the present. He's the God of the past, but he is the God of the future. And he already knows the plans and the strategies of the wicked one. Nothing takes him by surprise.
And so he is speaking today. Listen, hearken unto the voice of God, get in agreement with what he is saying and start decreeing the promises that God has for us. You know, God has done many glorious things in the past when it looked like there was no hope. But let me tell you, God is coming through in ways again that we may not see or know.
I can assure you, God is moving. You know, I can't fix anything that's going on and I don't know what the future holds, but I'm so glad I know who holds the future. And it is the Almighty God. Child of God, God loves you and you that have tuned in today and you have children or you have grandchildren.
Let me tell you, you're going to do everything you can to protect them and shield them. You're going to do what you need to do to warn them of things to come. Well, you know, our name is not love, but we sure have a lot of love in our hearts for our children. Let me tell you how much more does God love you and me and God love the church.
He loves us so much that he's not going to leave us to ourself and just let whatever happened to us. He is for us. The scripture says, who can be against us? God is on our side to whom should we be afraid?
God is God and we must as the church get our eyes back up on the Lord and begin to decree and declare what we want. God wants to move in the United States of America. But let me tell you prayer is going to be the very thing that welcomes that. You know, we're so familiar with the Lord's prayer when even Jesus prayed.
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name thy kingdom come, thy will be done in the earth, even as it is in heaven. There is a will in heaven. God has a will and he is ready to move. But let me tell you what the scripture says.
You have not because you ask not and some ask amiss. We are to ask on the authority of the word of God. We are to ask him to move and to protect and to shield. He is waiting for the church to rise up in agreement and make their petitions known of him.
A lot of people say, well, God is God. He'll do what he wants to do. But let me tell you that's not true. You see, he looks to the church to pray and to make intercession.
You know, we think of the promise. It's not God's will that any should perish, but all should come to repentance. But are those that do perish? Yes, there is.
Well, you see, that is the will of God that none perish. But you see, it's up to the church to pray and to intercede for the loss. It's up to the church to go out and share the gospel in Jesus name. We have a huge part in all of this.
God has a will for everything that's going on right now. And he wants to bring that will into the earth. Will you be one that will join me in prayer and intercession? Don't go to God with your head hanging down, twiddling your thumbs and saying, well, it's me.
This is not the time to lay down with an attitude of defeat. But this is the time to arise up and say, God, my eyes are upon you. And you're a good God and you're a just God. And I believe in you to bring into the earth, to bring into this nation your will for all of us in the name of Jesus.
And I believe God will harken unto that prayer. You see, we forget that God gave this world. And sometimes we just think, God is going to come out of heaven and do what he wants to do. He is waiting for you and me to take our authority in the earth.
Yes, I invite God in all that I do because I realize I cannot do what he's called me to do without him. I need his power. I need his direction. I need his anointing.
So what is the church to do? I want to encourage you to join with us with prayer and with fasting and seeking the Lord for the very things you desire, not the way it appears, but the things that you desire. So yes, we have been given the earth, but we need to take our authority in the Lord to pray and welcome God, decree the Word of God into our nation and the nations at large, do decree his promises. If you will, putting God in reminder of what he has said, how many times I've held my Bible up and I say, God, this is what is in your word.
This is what you said, or this is what your son Jesus said. This is a promise, Lord, and I am not going to let you go. I will not be denied because your promises are yes and amen. Yes, and so be it in Jesus' name.
So there are things that we as a body of Christ can do. First of all, keep yourself encouraged in the Lord. Wherever it's your family, your church, encourage one another in the Lord. Because I know recently when I heard the results back to something that we had prayed about that was so important.
And yet it didn't go the way I thought it would go. I felt devastated for a moment. I'm being honest. I've felt overwhelmed by that.
So I know if that comes against me, it tries to come against you as well. But I had to rise up from that place, get my eyes back upon the Lord and say, Lord, I thank you that you do answer prayer. I thank you God that you've got the best plan for me, for the others and the church and the best plan for this nation again, the nations at large. We pray for revival.
We've sought God for revival. I know I told somebody recently. I know it's been 45 years of Hallelujah that I have been asking God for revival, for an outpouring of His Holy Spirit. I have asked Him for the sons and wonders and miracles to take place.
And let me tell you, I am not going to let go of God because we've got this pandemic going on or because certain people are in voted into office that their whole heart has been on evil. Let me tell you, there is a revival coming and I believe that I will see it, but if I don't, I will die in faith and I will hold fast to the promise. There is an outpouring of the Holy Spirit coming. There is a revival coming.
So don't you be weary and well-doing. You hold fast to God and you keep praying and don't talk defeat to other people. There are many out there that is talking negative that is hopeless and this bad thing is going to happen in that. But don't you tune your ear to that that is of defeat.
You speak the Word of God. You remind of Him that you have prayed and God is faithful. And what He has said in His Word, He will do. So if you can look at it like that, you can get excited even in the midst of the darkness.
And I do believe Jesus is coming soon and I believe this is the last call, if you will, to the earth, to the people of this nation and the people of the world. He is saying, come, come, you must be born again. And if you are not to die, I want to encourage you, don't put that off. Don't have the attitude apart.
Well, if Jesus comes and takes the church on, I can get saved later. That is a lie. You will be deceived by the anti-Christ. You will be deceived and you will not be saved.
I want to encourage you. Now, let me interject. There will be people saved during that time, but I'm telling you, don't you put off what you know to do today. Do you understand?
I've enjoyed ministering to you today, but let me tell you, it is time that we arise out of our depression and oppression and get our eyes upon our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He loves you. He's never left you. He is not abandoned you.
He is still for you. And He has a good plan. And I believe this plan is going to bring in the last day harvest to meet Jesus in the air. Are you ready?
I hope so. If not, make sure that you get your life right with Jesus Christ by giving Him your everything, confessing to Him your sins. What a joy it's been to be with you today. We'll be back with these principles next week, but until then, may God bless you, and I love you.
I love you all. Hello, I'm Shanti Hoffman. Are you in an area in your life where you need a healing or a touch from the Lord? God wants to touch your body or to just even touch you emotionally and give you his peace that passes all understanding.
We know that the Bible gives us many promises of God's healing power. In Isaiah 53, verse 4, it says, surely He had born our griefs and carried our sorrows, yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities.
The chastisement of our peace was upon Him. And with His stripes, we are healed. I believe that God wants to touch you today in a mighty way. We believe in God's Word and in His promises.
And I feel that we can just hold fast to His promises every day and to speak His Word. I know that when my little boy was sick, that I just spoke the Word over him and I said, Micah, you will live and not die, and you will declare the Word to the Lord. And I know that the Word says that Jesus, He sent His Word, and Jesus is the Word. God sent His Word to heal all of us from our sicknesses and diseases.
Can I pray with you today that God will touch your body wherever you are? The promise says that He will bring us peace. And it says that God even bore the grief and the sorrow that you may have today, that God wants to touch you mentally, physically, spiritually, and every way. Let's pray.
Father, we just come to You, Lord, in the precious name of Jesus. And Father, I thank You for my brother and my sister today. Father, wherever they are, God, You know their need. And Father, I'm asking of You to touch their bodies.
Lord, to minister peace, enjoy, and shrink to their hearts today. Father, I thank You for our healing and their bodies, that we can just hold fast to Your promises that by Jesus drops, we are healed, and we are whole. And Father, we thank You for Your healing in my brother and sister today. Father, just touch their bodies by Your power and by Your might.
And Father, we thank You for it that they are healed and they are whole in Jesus' holy name. Amen. We'll praise God. Please write to us their call and let us know what God has done for You today.
And I'm believing and I stand fast in prayer for Your healing and from a touch from the Lord. Amen.
