As the dawning of the day moves us from darkness to light. So will the entrance of God's word lighten up your life. Stay tuned for the teaching ministry of Charlotte Father, as she presents this life with Brin and Talaek Ministries. Today is your day for victory in Jesus.

I'm so glad that you have tuned in to the Bring Into Light Ministries program. We're excited about the teachings we're going to do in the next few weeks, but we're calling it what is the church to do. And you know, I think that that is important to know that today. It's not the time to throw up our hands and quit.

It's not the time to say, well, why pray? You know, because my prayers weren't answered. It is the hot time that we need to wait out of our sleep and slumber and pray fervently until we go to be with the Lord or to Jesus comes back. So this is going to be some teachings that's going to encourage you of the importance not to give up and to keep praying and keeping your eyes upon the Lord.

Well, Chantai's got some special words for you today, so I'm trusting that you'll listen carefully while she shares with you. Hello, I'm Chantai Hotman. There was no greater love than the love from our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ. We know in John 3 16 says, for God so loved the world that he gave his only son that whoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life.

In verse 17, it says that God did not come to condemn the world, but to come to love us and to give his life for us. We know in Romans in chapter 10 and verse 9, it says that if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord. And believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead. You will be saved.

For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified and is with your mouth that you confess that you are saved. God wants you to give your life to him today. He loves you so much and there is nothing like knowing Jesus Christ as your Lord. He will give you that peace and that joy in your heart that you need and it promises us that he will give us eternal life.

And we know in Ephesians it says Ephesians chapter 2 and verse 8, for it is by grace you have been saved through faith and this is not from yourself, it is the gift of God. It's nothing that we can do in ourself and who we are. But this is a gift that God has given to us that we can have eternal life and it's by his grace and his love. Please pray a prayer with me today and ask Jesus to be your Lord and to be your Savior.

Father we come to you in Jesus name. And Father I come and I ask you to be my Lord to be my Savior. I ask you to cleanse me and purify me from all sin. I ask you to forgive me for anything all that I have done.

And Lord I ask you to come into my heart to be my Lord and to be my Savior. In Jesus holy name. Amen. We will praise the Lord.

We know in verse 13 of Romans 9 it says, Call upon the Lord and you will be saved. So as you have called upon the Lord today, I believe that you have received Jesus and you have been saved and that you will be saved by the Lord and it would be a gift that we will join in through us today. We know that this is the place we are in for you. We know that you can stand and, of course, we know that that this is the place we are in.

The place we are in, God is the place we are at. The place we are in. We know that you are in Christ, all of this is the place we He loves you and he hears you when you pray. You talk to him just like you would sit down and talk to my best friend because he is a best friend.

So talk to the Lord and he will answer your prayer, amen and amen. So we're talking about what is the church to do and as we shared in our opening. There are many things that's going on around us and some people are discouraged and some people say, well, you know, that's not the way that we prayed in our prayer groups and we don't understand. Let me tell you, I'm not here today to say to you that I understand everything because I certainly do not.

But I do understand this that God has a plan and he is working it out. So we're gonna look at some of these things. Maybe you prayed and you didn't see your prayers answered the way you thought. I know I prayed certain ways and I haven't seen all the answers to happen the way I thought they would as well.

But my eyes are still upon the Lord and I know that he has a plan and he is doing a good work. So we're gonna look at some of those things in his Word of God. So we as the church will know what to do. First of all, we read and we read it for some time now, but in second Chronicles in chapter seven in verse 14, when the Lord God says, if my people, which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Well, obviously our nation, America needs healing. There are so much brokenness and trouble and fighting and warings that is so against God's will for our nation. And there's a lot I can say right there, but I am concerned that the church has been lethargic in their attitude toward the things of God. I believe the attitude is being well, I'll go to church and I'll take my children, I'll give my tithe, I'll read my Bible and I will say my prayers.

But that's gonna be in the confines of the church. There's been some, yes, that have gone to the mission field and they would be evangelistic or to be evangelistic around those around us. But I am concerned that the church has not taken their place in government. Now I know a lot of people that, well, let's just keep that separate, let me tell you something, you keep it separate and darkness will rule in the leaders and the government of the United States of America.

We have to take a stand. And let me tell you something, the church has the authority. Now there are people out here in the world who are motivated by demonic spirits. We understand that we know we don't war against flesh and blood, the scripture says we do war.

We war against principalities, powers, the rulers of darkness, spiritual wickedness in hot places. In other words, we war against demons. And I get that. But when people are allowing these demonic spirits to lead them in evils, to rob your freedom and my freedom and to say this is the way to go, or it's okay to destroy a baby in its mother's womb.

And now many are wanting to even say when the baby's born, we'll just destroy it then. Or if it looks like something's wrong with that baby, let's just take its life. Let me tell you, it's pure murder. And God will not tolerate that evil.

So what do we do? I believe God is saying to the church, it's high time you took a stand. A stand in the realm of the spirit, a stand as you begin to pray and seek the Lord. We have to arise up and say, enough is enough.

Now, there's some things that I don't know about government. I can't go in as a lawyer and begin to say, this is what the law says in that. I'm not knowledgeable on the law of that. But let me tell you, I believe when the church had the opportunity to pray and to intercede concerning many things that I'm concerned that the church didn't do it.

And you know, many of you can relate to this. And I don't consider myself an old person, but I am where I can look back and I can see some things that's happening in my lifetime. But you know, I remember when I was in school and our teacher had the Bible affair and someone would be asked to come up and read the scripture for that day. And you know, we would have a time of prayer and we would pledge the allegiance there in that classroom to our flag.

And you know, we would begin to decree that we were one nation under God, under God. And I want you to know, we believe that is children. And I don't think we had the problems and the issues back there in that day that we have today. And I believe it's because the church was sleeping.

They were slumbering when they made a decision. We're taking the Bible out of the school. We're taking prayer out of the school. And let me tell you something, without God, you might as well say darkness is going to rush in.

And now we're dealing with young people that are taking their lives. I counsel in my church and I counsel with these young women that have low self-esteem. They feel dirty, they feel shame, what's the sense of living. And they're ready to take their lives.

What is all of this about? Why do I have women, young women coming in? And they're addicted to alcohol. They're addicted to drugs.

Many of those are addicted to porn and they're in sexual perversion. What is going on in America? Let me tell you something. We must make Jesus Christ, Lord.

And I'm beginning to see the church arise and to take their place and begin to pray. You know what's something we do before prayer watch, before we pray? I have everybody to search their hearts. You know, the Bible said, if I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me.

So you know, I can't expect to pray and get my prayers answered if my life is full of sin. Now I will say God will hear the prayer of repentance that I'm sorry Lord, I call this sin and I'm turning it away from it. Absolutely. But let me tell you God is speaking to the church.

And he's saying here again, if my people, he didn't save the world with pants, he didn't save any of them come back to him. He said, if my people, the born again, the believer, which are called by my name and we are called Christian. You know, and in that word is the word Christ. She'll humble themselves, humble themselves and pray and seek my face.

Are we seeking his face? Are we praying? Are we interceding and turned from our wicked ways? You know, it concerns me.

When I hear about people in the church, you know, they can be in the house of the Lord, but through the week they're out here doing their thing, sin, the evils are pulling back away from the church. And they think, well, you know, I was saved when I was eight years old and everything is good, but they're not living for God. You're not seeing the freedom in their lives. It's time that the church began to come to God and repent of their sin.

And I believe the Lord is dealing with many, many of those that sin the body of Christ. God says that when we will repent and turn to him, he said, I will hear from heaven and I will forgive their sin and I will heal their land. God hears us when we pray. He is listening.

He is not turning a deaf ear to you. It may feel like he's a million miles away, but it's not based on what I feel. It is what says the Lord. So when I pray, when I make my petitions known, I know on the authority of the word of God that God hears me and he will hearken to our prayers and especially those that are in line with the word of God.

You know, I'm thinking of Samuel in 1 Samuel, chapter 12 and verse 23. He said, more over as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you. So Samuel said, if I don't pray for you, to me, it is sin. I have the responsibility to pray.

And I believe, I'm believing again that the church is waking up. What is the church to do? The church is to pray. The church is to get her eyes of the Lord and seek God, who is our refuge and our strength and our help.

We are also, the scripture says in 1 Thessalonians 5, 16, or excuse me, 17, we are to pray without ceasing. That doesn't mean I'm on my knees all the time. But what it does mean is I have an attitude of prayer. I don't know about you, but there's been times that I might most be in a car accident.

And you know, when I see that car coming in front of me, I don't know about you, but one thing I say is, Jesus, Jesus, or even if I'm about to drop something that's very precious to me, I'll say, Jesus, I'll speak that name. But what is that? It's a declaring his name, yes, but it's a prayer. We need to ever be having the attitude of prayer.

I know when I counsel, I can listen to the story. I'm not a person, but inside I'm saying, Lord, what would you say to them? What's going on with this God? Recently I had an important meeting.

God, how do I respond concerning this particular situation? And you know, as I would just pray in the spirit, God would begin to speak with me, telling me exactly where I need to focus. I need thought about it. I'm saying, yes, Lord, thank you.

But let me tell you, we need to ever have an attitude of prayer. Sometimes we think, well, I have to be in a certain place to pray. I have to be in a certain position to pray. But that is not true.

Wherever you are in your car, driving down the highway or the interstate, sitting there in the church pew, whatever you may be doing. Even on the job, when you're so focused on many things, you can be an attitude of prayer. And God is there. And he hears your inner prayers.

And he wants to answer you. And James 14 through 16, actually, excuse me, John 14 through 16, John 14 is my favorite chapter in the whole Bible. I love that chapter. And I encourage you to read those.

They're beautiful, beautiful truths that's in those chapters. But you know, Jesus is having a conversation with his disciples. And I want to focus in, if you will, I'm going to couple of verses there in John 14. And I'm going to begin in verse 13.

Jesus said, whatsoever you shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it. Now, do we believe that? Do we believe the word of God concerning prayer?

Do we believe when he says, if you will ask in my name, it will be done. If we really, really believed that what the words of our Jesus said to be truth, would we not be praying more fervently for our children that are away from God? Would we not be praying more fervently for our government and the evils that we're seeing take place? Would we not pray more fervently when we realize that there are multiple, multiple, multiple thousands of people that if they died, that they would perish in hell for all eternity?

Would we not pray more fervently? Why is it that we don't pray? What is it that so distracts us, that we do not become a people of prayer? Now, obviously we are to pray every day, but as we've seen, we are to pray without ceasing.

But let me encourage you, maybe you think nobody would join you, but if you don't have a prayer group in your church or maybe you do, but you realize there's another age group that would join together and pray, why don't you start a prayer group? Start praying and saying, God, as I hear the message, what is the church to do with all the things that's going on that is so dark? God says, pray, just invite me into the earth to do what I want to do. Invite me into these situations that I can bring to pass what the word says.

You know, as I've said, I counsel and I meet with a lot of people and some of the stories are quite horrific. I mean, you wonder how they have survived when you hear how dark their stories are, but you see, I realize I can sit there and I can listen and I can give them scripture and I can pray with them, but ultimately it is only God that can heal them of their past. It's only God that can heal them of mindsets, of the low self-esteem or the defeat or wanting to cut their bodies or want to operate in not eating and you see their bodies wasting away. I could go on and on or use in drugs that if they don't get help, it's going to destroy them.

Only God can heal that, but you see, you and me must know the truth concerning those things. We realize it's only God that can bring healing, but that should never stop us from doing what we can do. Inviting God, God use me to minister to this individual to pray with them, but then what is so important is prayer. What is the church to do?

What can I possibly do about the suicide rate that is so huge in our young girls? I can't fix all of them. I'm ministering to a lot of them, but it's only God that can bring the peace and the healing that they need. So what do I need to do concerning that?

I need to pray and you need to pray. You may not know somebody specifically that's struggling with depression and oppression or anxiety, but you know what, just call those people out. God, you know where they are. If you know their names, obviously speak their names, but God, there is darkness and trouble on every side.

You know it's one thing for me to deal with individuals that maybe were abused horribly over and over and over by many and some of them even in human trafficking, some of you are familiar with that and the stories are horrific. But you see, I am to believe God to do the miracle in their lives and only he can do. But you see with that going on and then you have a pandemic going on, then you have the evils in our government coming in and trying to take away our freedom and allowing the evils to go on in this nation. I'm seeing many coming in now and they're overwhelmed.

Some of them telling me I'm thinking about taking my life. Well, you see, it's a serious day, but we, the church, we must be encouraging one another. We need to be praying one for another. Yes, the enemy is throwing his thorough starts on every side to discourage and to hinder and to stop.

But I want to remind you of something today. The enemy, the devil, has already been defeated by Jesus Christ. He is not ruling and he is not reigning. It may look like darkness is ruling and reigning, but I want you to know there is no darkness that compares to the light, Jesus Christ, and light always dispels darkness.

What is the church to do? We are to pray, but we are to do warfare against what these demons are attempting to do, against our children, against the church, against our families and even those who are dealing with COVID and I know many have died. You know, it used to, I would hear about the way I was in China, but then it was in New York and then it was in Washington DC. But now, and I'm sure you will agree, it's all around us and we know somebody that's very sick with it are fighting for their lives.

So it can be a grievous thing, but I cannot be so focused on that that I'm not focused on the Lord. I am trusting in him, my confidence is in him and I'm trusting that yours is as well. We cannot give up and upon our God. So again, when Jesus said here in verse 13, Jesus said whatsoever, you shall ask in my name.

What's so ever? You ask, what is his name? His name is Jesus. That will I do that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

So when we ask in that precious name of Jesus, it brings glory to the Father. And Jesus went on to say, if you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it. We have to believe we receive what we're praying about. I don't measure God, answer my prayers, but what I see, it may look like everything happened, but my prayer being answered.

But I will still decree God, still answers prayer. You know, the sin is to say, well, I'm not gonna pray anymore. They prayed for this and the person died. Or they prayed for that and it didn't work.

Let me tell you, I will say again, I don't have all the answers, but I know my God is just, I know he's good and I know he's truth. And I will be a doer of what he said. Let me remind you of Hebrews. And you know they're in Hebrews 11, when it talks about so many wonderful truths, but what did it say?

There were some that did not see the promise. They prayed, but they didn't see the promise, but they died in faith. There are things that I believe in God for right now. And I trust that I'll see them, but if I never see them, I wanna stay in faith.

My confidence in God, still decreeing what I believe God's words say is and his very desires in the earth. And no matter what you see, what you're facing and dealing with, don't give up on God. God is still working and there's no place to say, I'm not believing anymore. I encourage you whole fast to God because he is working.

And I do believe that the best is yet to come. How can you say that Charlotte with so much darkness and trouble? I can say that because I know my God is still working and he's not through. He's not done and we need to whole fast to him like we never have before.

So we have a promise here. If you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it. And that is the truth he did not like. So will you whole fast to God?

Will you trust him father in the name of Jesus? Will we believe these truths? Burn it in our hearts, Almighty God, that we will not stop believing you father no matter what we see, what we hear, what we feel. But God, we will whole fast to you because you are faithful and because what your word said is truth in the name of Jesus, a man and a man.

Well, that's all the time we have today. We'll be back next week, the Lord willing until then. May God bless you and I love you. I love you all.

Hello, I'm Shanti Hoffman. Are you in an area in your life where you need a healing or a touch from the Lord? God wants to touch your body or to just even touch you emotionally and give you his peace that passes all understanding. We know that the Bible gives us many promises of God's healing power.

And Isaiah 53 in verse four, it says, surely he had born our griefs and carried our sorrows, yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him.

And with his stripes, we are healed. I believe that God wants to touch you today in a mighty way. We believe in God's word and in his promises. And I feel that we can just hold fast in his promises every day and to speak his word.

I know that when my little boy was sick, that I just spoke the word over him and I said, Micah, you will live and not die. And you will declare the words to the Lord. And I know that the word says that Jesus, he sent his word and Jesus is the word. God sent his word to heal all of us from our sicknesses and diseases.

Can I pray with you today that God will touch your body? Wherever you are, the promise says that he will bring us peace. And it says that God, he will bore the grief and the sorrow that you may have today, that God wants to touch you mentally, physically, spiritually in every way. Let's pray, Father, we just come to you Lord in the precious name of Jesus.

And Father, I thank you for my brother and my sister today. Father, wherever they are, God, you know their need. And Father, I'm asking of you to touch their bodies. Lord, to minister peace, enjoy and shrink to their hearts today.

Father, I thank you for our healing and their bodies, that we can just hold fast to your promises that by Jesus' straps we are healed and we are whole. And Father, we thank you for your healing in my brother and sister today. Father, just touch their bodies by your power and by your might. And Father, we thank you for it, that they are healed and they are whole.

In Jesus' holy name, amen. We'll praise God. Please write to us their call and let us know what God has done for you today. And I'm believing and I stand fast in prayer for your healing and from a touch from the Lord.

Amen.
