Broken Down Challengers, Backlogged Beans & Cultivation Rush

from P.X. Farms Podcast · host P.X. Farms

We’re tackling a series of challenges and gearing up for the next big push! We start by demoing the powerful Fendt 1167 Vario MT, which arrives just in time as one of our Challengers breaks down yet again. It’s a race against the clock to keep our equipment running smoothly as we fight to stay on track with cultivations. The Unimog is also giving us headaches with a flat battery and a host of electrical faults, so we set to work on recharging it to get everything back up and running. Meanwhile, with the bank holiday causing port closures, we’ve got a backlog of beans piling up in the yard, adding to the pressure. We also face a new logistical challenge as our hired Vaderstaad press needs to be returned, but it’s too tall for the low loader. With the clock ticking, we’re behind on cultivations and pushing hard to catch up so we can get next year’s crop drilled in time. And as we wrap up the harvest season, it’s time to clean down the combines and tuck them away for the winter.Follow us on:https://www.instagram.com/px_farms/https://www.tiktok.com/@px_farmshttps://x.com/pxfarmsContact:Email: [email protected] you for watching and supporting our farming journey!
