|Bryan Gillette| Achieving EPIC Performance

from Ungraduated Living Hosted by Ken Hannaman and Bryan Gillette

How can you Achieve the Impossible? Today's guest will help you realize that there truly is rarely such a thing as "impossible." BRYAN GILLETTE knows what it is like to reach the peak as he has stood on the summits of many mountains and successfully completed many physically and mentally challenging ultra-distance endurance events. He's reached several 'summits' in his career as well. Bryan has over 25 years' experience in Leadership and Organizational Development with executive and senior-level responsibilities in small and large companies. His experience also includes consulting, speaking, coaching and teaching at all levels. Bryan takes a pragmatic approach and brings firsthand experience having managed teams of 2 to 270 people and multi-million-dollar projects. He is also dedicated endurance athlete completing many long-distance cycling or running events, and an avid traveler. Everyone dreams of doing something big. Something EPIC. You dream about crossing the finish line at the big race, standing on the peak of a mountain, owning our own business, achieving a career milestone, or becoming financially independent. Too often, we think of these things as just dreams. We place limits on ourselves, reducing our full potential. After interviewing a diverse group of more than 100 of his fellow high-achieving executives and ultradistance endurance athletes, Bryan Gillette has developed the five pillars of the EPIC Performance framework. He believes that with a clear vision, a solid game plan, and a little bit of guidance, you can reach success. The EPIC Performance framework simplifies the steps to achieving your dreams, so that you can walk your own path and do things you never thought possible.
