Buckets of Talent: MAC Students Take the Stage

Mount Aspiring College's Level 3 drama students are preparing to bring Buckets to the stage, a moving and often humorous production that explores friendship, time, and the moments that shape our lives. Drama teacher Emily McCrae joins the show to talk about the production, the themes behind the play, and the journey students have taken to bring it to life. Emily shares how the cast and crew have tackled the challenges of this thought-provoking performance, building on skills developed through previous productions such as Chicago. She also reflects on the rewarding experience of watching students grow in confidence, step outside their comfort zones, and discover their potential through drama. With a talented cast, a dedicated backstage team, and a story that will leave audiences both laughing and reflecting, Buckets promises to be a memorable evening of theatre.
