He has a PhD doctorate is in BusinessAdministration from Northcentral University, with a specific interest inorganizational socio-characteristics, technical characteristics of LeanImplementations, and leadership mindsets in healthcare organizations. A Mastersin Engineering and Technology Management and Bachelors in MechanicalEngineering from Central Connecticut State University and is a certified SixSigma Black Belt from Kaplan University. He has over a decade teaching as apart-time Professor at the Graduate School of Engineering & TechnologyManagement at Central Connecticut State University and the MBA School at ElmsCollege.
