Everything has a number of challenges but when you are passionate about what you do the challenges are easier. When you pick your gold mine area you need to work to specific criteria. The key area with joint venture is to understand what each partner brings to the arrangement. The money is there, the banks want to lend and the sentiment is that as the housing market is key in the UK, estate agents will be some of the first to be allowed back to work. The fundamentals are still solid so the expectation is that things will return to normality quite quickly.
