In 1 Kings, Solomon begins constructing the highly anticipated Temple of God. Built with massive stones dressed at the quarry, the temple rises in reverent silence, lined with pure gold and intricate carvings, signaling that the holy Creator is moving into a permanent home among His people.In the book of Acts, we travel with Paul and Barnabas to Antioch in Pisidia. Stepping into the synagogue, Paul delivers a masterclass sermon that mirrors the architecture of Israel's history. He traces God's hand from the Exodus through the era of David, declaring that the ultimate, living Temple of God has arrived in Jesus—whom the leaders crucified, but whom God raised from the dead, offering a justification that the Law of Moses could never provide.Today’s Scripture:📖 1 Kings 6:1–7:22 – Construction on the Temple begins 480 years after the Exodus. Paul and Barnabas push forward to Antioch in Pisidia.
